Our UK Courier services aim to deliver within three working days if that option is selected.
Bella Casa makes purchasing, ordering, delivery and should the need arise – returning as easy and stress-free as possible. We operate our order & delivery service between 7:30am & 7:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We endeavor to despatch your items within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to confirmation of payment and availability. This could be longer during public and bank holidays; we will make you aware of this via email. If the item you order is unavailable, we shall notify you, whereby you will be offered an alternative product. We shall also advise you when the product will be back in stock. Our despatch times are only valid for “in stock” items, for items that are on backorder or pre-sale, these items will be dispatched once the stock is available to us.
Alternative delivery options are available for larger items of furniture, glass products and lighting. We prefer to deliver these in our own vans to avoid unnecessary damage. Please contact us in our Budleigh Salterton store before finalising the purchase to arrange a delivery slot 01395 904138.
International shipping is available, costs will depend on the destination country. Please contact Bella Casa directly info@bella-casa.co.uk to confirm shipping costs. Our products are despatched from UK, certain countries may have to pay Import duty or Customs Fee upon or prior to the delivery.
On some occasions, not all items will be shipped directly from our Bella Casa store, larger items or furniture may be delivered through one of our trusted specialist couriers and may take up to 3 weeks, you will be advised by email if this the case for your order.
To ensure your beautiful products arrive at the correct address, please make sure you enter the correct delivery address & details when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect information and a fee may occur for failed delivery. Please ensure that email and telephone details are also correct so that we contact you and update you, if necessary, in relation to your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your new products, however if you need to return or exchange an item, Bella Casa has made this easy for you. Contact us at info@bella-casa.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and return to us within 30 days from receiving your product. We will send a returns email to you and ask for details of the return or exchange.
All we ask is that goods must be returned intact, in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all parts, packaging and labels in a resaleable condition, returns must be sufficiently packaged for return. We advise that you please take photos of the product before returning any goods. Once the goods have been received and inspected, we shall issue a refund within 5 working days. This refund payment can take 2-3 days to process and appear
on your respective statement.
Postage for returns is at the customers cost and Bella Casa will only refund the value of the goods purchased. Please ensure you retain proof of postage.
If an item is received damaged it must be logged with us within 24 hours of your package being delivered, any items after this point will not be reviewed for refund. To log a damaged delivery please contact us on info@bella-casa.co.uk or 01395 904138

Furniture Delivery & Information
Once an order is received, we will acknowledge the order within 48 hours. This is normally through telephone confirmation. At this stage we shall issue you confirmed lead times and our available delivery slots. Please note that once the order has been acknowledged any changes or cancellation may incur a cost. While we try and accommodate any date change request, we cannot always guarantee this. Bella Casa will also ask for a simple property brief. The brief will cover the following criteria:
- Confirm a minimum of 5m clear space to rear of van for safe unloading.
- Confirm the presence of any of the following (Please specify):
- Uneven paths.
- Narrow paths.
- Steps/Stairs.
- Steep inclines or declines.
- Narrow doorways.
- Poor access for large units.
- Additional time is required on site. (1 hour standard allocation)
- Confirm if delivery is being made to a building site.
- Confirm safe access to the specified room.
- Deliveries will be to a ground floor room of the customer’s choosing unless prior arrangements have been confirmed prior to delivery.
Drivers will perform on-site dynamic risk assessments. If delivery is deemed to be unsafe to themselves or any persons on site, they will return to Bella Casa and alternative arrangements will be made. If a full delivery cannot be made due to no fault of Bella Casa, a re-delivery will be scheduled and charged at standard rates + £50 Handling fee. If part of a delivery cannot be made, e.g. too large to fit through doorways. The items will be returned to Bella Casa and new delivery arrangements will be made and delivery charge applied at standard rates. Deliveries allow for 1 hour of time on-site to unload. If additional time is required, then please request this during order confirmation to avoid possible additional fees.
BELLA CASA FURNITURE GUARANTEE
Bella Casa provides a 12-month guarantee on all furniture items. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the product. Furniture sold is for domestic (non-commercial use) and must be used for the
intended purpose.
FURNITURE RETURNS
Bella Casa can only accept order cancellation if notified within 48 hours of the order being placed by email, in writing. info@bella-casa.co.uk If a product has been specifically ordered for you we are unable to offer an exchange or issue a refund, unless faulty.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY FURNITURE
You have 48 hours to report any damages. Please email a photo with corresponding order reference info@bella-casa.co.uk or 01395 904138. While we will endeavor to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, Bella Casa does not accept any liability of any 3rd party costs incurred.
FAULTS & REPAIRS
If we are notified of an issue, Bella Casa will carry out a site visit within 14 days of being notified of the issue. If the issue is confirmed as a fault, we will instruct a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
On the unfortunate chance you receive damaged or faulty goods, contact Bella Casa within 48 hours. We will make arrangements for the damaged or faulty goods to be collected. For damaged or faulty goods return, please ensure the item is in its original packaging. Once the goods have been returned to Bella Casa and inspected a refund including your delivery charge, or an exchange will be processed at no further expense to you.
Gift Returns
If you would like to return a gift this can be authorised in line with our standard returns policy. Confirmation will only be acknowledged with the original purchaser and a refund can only be issued to the original payment method.
Product Information
All our products are carefully and lovingly sourced from our international suppliers and artisan manufacturers. We want to make our customers aware of some key design varianceswhich may occur. Ceramics, for example, may be hand finished meaning there will be beautiful variances in them. Glass blown items may contain air bubbles and/or firing marks, this was how the product was intended to be. They are unique and have been lovingly created to look that way. We feel it is important to give our customers the information to ensure they love their pieces as much as we do.
